Haunting, figures suspended in glass vessels. Seemingly lost souls captured in a brief moment of their never ending journey through life. Adorned with the baggage of their own existence. Around their necks hang belongings. Arms cradle dreams. Experiences of the past and their past lives hang off them like the dead attempting to claw their way back to the living world. Imprisoned or free? The suspended beings have an air of forward momentum, but are simultaneously paralysed. Have they lost their sense of belonging, or is what thEY have, simply what they are? They’ll not reach a destination. But do any of us?
